This class is located at the Women's Health Center on the campus of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital.
Labor and delivery preparation class for expectant mothers and her labor support coach. Information regarding natural childbirth techniques, relaxation exercises, medical intervention and Caesarean births is included.
Please bring two pillows (or more), blanket/sheet to use on the floor during breathing and relaxation exercises, and your labor coach. Bring drinks/snacks if desired.
Reimbursed by some health insurances.
Follow the signs to the Specialty Centers Area.
Class is on the 2nd floor in the Women's Health Center.
