This is an intense one day labor and delivery preparation class for expectant mothers and labor support coach. Information regarding natural childbirth techniques, relaxation exercises, medical intervention and cesarean births is included.
Please bring two pillows, a blanket or floor mat, and one labor coach. Bring your lunch, drinks, and a snack in a small cooler, if needed. Note that there is no refrigeration or microwave available. We will break 30 minutes for lunch.
Class is located at the St. Joseph Mercy Canton Health Center at 1600 S. Canton Center Road.
