Labor and delivery preparation class for expectant mothers and her labor support coach. Information regarding natural childbirth techniques, relaxation exercises, medical intervention and cesarean births is included.
Please bring two pillows, a blanket or floor mat, and your labor coach. Bring drink/snack if needed.
Reimbursed by some health insurances.
Class is located at the St. Joseph Mercy Canton Health Building at 1600 S. Canton Center Road.
