This is an intensive all day labor and delivery preparation class for expectant mothers and their labor support coach. Information regarding natural childbirth techniques, relaxation exercises, medical intervention and Caesarean births is included.
Please bring two pillows (or more), something suitable to use on the floor during breathing exercises (blanket/sheet), and your labor coach. Bring a lunch/drinks/snacks.
Reimbursed by some health insurances.
Follow the signs to the Specialty Centers Area.
Class is on the 2nd floor in the Women's Health Center.
